P650 Introductory Firearms Safety Course

Held on the 1st Saturday of Every Month

Thinking of getting into pistol shooting? The P650 course is your first step! Run on the first Saturday of each month, this session allows you the opportunity to return the very next day for your first official club shoot—should you wish to continue.

Due to the close supervision and safety protocols required, places are strictly limited and bookings are essential.

Course Investment only $115.00

This includes:

  • Use of a club .22 rimfire pistol

  • 50 rounds of ammunition

  • Expert instruction from club-approved trainers

  • Introduction to the popular 9mm centrefire pistol

Course Duration:

Please allow at least 2 hours and you'll learn:

  • The different types of pistols used in the sport

  • How to safely hold, load, aim, and fire a pistol

  • Firearm safety essentials and range procedures

After the practical shooting component, we’ll show you how to score your target—and yes, you're welcome to take it home as a keepsake!
